Looks like it is a limited time App...

I purchased this App with "unlock all" option on January the 4th. Today is March the 21st and the "unlock all" App disappeared. It is gone from my iPad and from my Library in the iTunes Store. My Granddaughter still plays free App, but it looks like if she wants to have the previous version I have to pay $2.99 AGAIN!!! If the "unlock all" App is for a limited time it should be listed in description of the App. Disappointing!
